Founded by Erica Abariche, PromisePath was born from a desire to bridge opportunity gaps between the United States and West Africa connecting people, resources, and purpose across continents.
Our vision is to see young minds inspired, dreams realized, and communities transformed through sustainable pathways that nurture both potential and purpose.
We believe true transformation happens when education opens doors, entrepreneurship builds confidence, and faith ignites action. PromisePath exists to help every child and young adult walk boldly into a future filled with hope, opportunity, and lasting impact.
Our Initiatives
At PromisePath Foundation, we turn purpose into action through four core initiatives designed to educate, empower, and equip the next generation of leaders—across the United States and west africa.
1. Education & Scholarships
We believe education is the foundation for transformation. Our scholarship and mentorship programs provide financial assistance, tutoring, and career guidance to students in need. From classroom support to college preparation, PromisePath helps youth stay on track academically and dream beyond their circumstances.
2. Faith & Mentorship
Rooted in faith, we provide spiritual development programs, prayer circles, and mentorship opportunities that nurture character, resilience, and confidence. By pairing young people with compassionate mentors and spiritual guides, we help them build a strong sense of identity, purpose, and leadership.
3. Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Through workshops, youth business challenges, and small start-up grants, we inspire creativity and self-reliance. Our entrepreneurship initiative equips students and young adults with practical skills in business management, innovation, and social enterprise—empowering them to create solutions that uplift their communities.
4. Community Outreach & Global Impact
We are committed to restoring hope where it’s needed most. PromisePath partners with schools, churches, and local organizations to deliver outreach programs—from school supply drives to food assistance and health education. Our U.S.–Ghana bridge initiative ensures that impact flows both ways—building stronger, more connected global communities.
